Both logos are good - for small uses, go w/o oval and bottom text (kind of a "shorthand" logo; for bigger uses, the oval and added text are great.

Try vistaprint.com for t shirts. They do all sorts of printing, and always run specials. They may not have all the options you ultimately want, but it could at least get you started with a first run. They do magnets for fridges, cars/trucks, stickers, etc, too.
