looks good man. I have done this myself. What tools did you use for chopping?

i used a 4.5 grinder with a cut wheel to do most of the cutting, then a grinding wheel to clean it up and finished it with a 80grit flap disc. gonna sand somemore with 220, then again with 400 before paint

Can you tell me about the bar end mirror I see you have on?
Where did you get it? How much? each or pair?
Does it Fold?
How do like the view?

They're Napoleons. They came on my M2 when I bought and I just swapped them over. They do rotate around the base and they are easy to see out of.

Where are the rear turn signals? Here in Delaware, you'd fail DMV inspection with that set up (even though it does look rather clean).
