I don't understand your question.

Alright. I obviously have a short in the wire that leads to/comes from the 7.5A ACC Fuse. I am trying to fix this problem myself but I am not great with the electronics of any motor vehicle. I have a multimeter and I need to know what the correct reading I should get when I connect the leads to the wire are? I am assuming 7.5, but like I said I am no great electrician. Any one with electrical experiance can you help me out?:(

With the engine stopped but the ignition on, all fuses should be getting 12.5V or thereabouts on both sides of the fuses. Roughly speaking V = pressure and A = flow. Fuses are sized to carry the maximum safe current flow for that circuit.
To test for a short I'd disconnect the battery earth and then check your fuse connections to see if there is still any connection back to the battery earth cable end. If there is then there is still current flow from battery to earth.
