On SUNDAY MAY 6, (crazy SoFla weather permitting of course!,) a group ride of the soflazrx riders (soflazrx.org) will be traveling from Everglades Holiday Park (http://www.evergladesholidaypark.com/) to the Clewiston Inn (http://www.clewistoninn.com/) for a nice brunch. Meet-up times will be posted the closer we get to the ride.

Anybody up for it? It will not be a speed ride- just a gentle cruise up US 27 (unless someone knows a better backroad.) We better get it in before rainy season is upon us!

Now ya'll got about 2 weeks to make your decisions so lemme know!

Bad news (for me at least). I got tagged w/some type of virus on Tuesday and haven't been able to do much more than shiver, quake, sweat and sleep for the last 3 days. I woulda hoped it was gonna pass by now but it shows no sign of leaving my frail form anytime soon. Can't even get a dang doctor's appointment before Monday. As such, I'm gonna withdraw from Sunday's scheduled ride.

However, that does not mean the rest of you cannot go! The weather is supposed to be nice & I'm told the Clewiston Inn serves a fine breakfast/lunch. Besides Ed wants to show off his new ZX14!
